QI GONG

 

A combination of Qi Gong flows, stretches, acupressure techniques and information. Gentle movements to develop strength flexibility and internal power. Develop awareness of subtle energy fields, guide and direct healing energy through the body. Learn how to work with the body and mind together. 

The class will follow the seasonal energy calendar of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This season is the energy of the lungs and the immune system, and the practice will reflect it.

No previous experience in energy work or Qi Gong is needed; This class is accessible to all levels of physical ability. Bring a yoga mat. Cost is $20 drop in or $170 for 10 classes. More info HERE.

  ELI COHEN   Eli brings an array of mind-body energy practices, and a wealth of insight to his teaching of the ancient wisdom practice of Qi Gong. He draws from various powerful Qi Gong schools, Medical Qi Gong, Martial Arts, Tao Yin (Chinese Yoga), as well as Buddhist and Taoist styles of meditation.  Eli studied with master teachers in the USA and abroad for over 10 years, and shares this powerful practice with great enthusiasm and love. Known for his approachable and dynamic style of teaching, He teaches classes and facilitates workshops regularly around the San Francisco Bay Area.  Eli formulates special programs geared toward stress management for organizations like: Google Inc., Stop Aids Project SF, Department of Aging and Adults, City of San Francisco and more. Working with various crowds allows him to develop a flexible practice methodology, with an emphasis on addressing each group’s flow and needs.
